Established in 2019 by Dr. Margaret and Leah H., Reset Wellness was born from a mutual love of botulinum toxin and filler.
While both women have been receiving and injecting cosmetically for many years, Dr. Margaret saw a need for convenient, affordable treatment options for her patients. She was lucky enough to meet Leah who had the same dreams. They seized the opportunity in 2019 and launched Reset Wellness.
With a focus on bringing skincare services directly to patients, the Reset Wellness brand is built on the cornerstone of comfort. With a team of certified injectors across Tennessee, Reset Wellness delivers their concierge offerings in Nashville, Brentwood, and Chattanooga.
Dr. Margaret, DMD
As a dentist, Dr. Margaret has always used facial balance and symmetry to recreate or enhance her patient's natural esthetic. She got hooked on all things "tox" when she was in residency. It was here that she began both injecting and being injected. During this time she learned so many therapeutic uses along with the cosmetic uses of these great products. As an avid believer in always learning, this began the deep dive into understanding esthetics as its own area of both medicine and dentistry. Here she learned that through the combination of treating the musculature, the skin texture, uneven pigmentations and changes in volume over time that Dr. Margaret works with her patients to achieve their desired outcomes both cosmetically and functionally (TMJ!)
Connect with Dr. Margaret and you may learn a little about yoga or gardening but also lots about her passion for skincare, ImageMD.
Leah H., BSN
Leah has always had a passion for helping others, a calling she discovered during her 12 years of service as an ICU nurse. Cincinnati raised, she moved to Nashville with her husband in 2012.
Leah started Botox and microneedling at age 25 and fell in love with the results. She knew she wanted to get into the injectables + skincare world after she had her daughter. Following her passion for skincare led her to Dr. Margaret, and the rest is history.
Today, Leah continues to evolve her skills with the industry to improve her client's self-esteem. If you’d like to connect with Leah she is always down to talk about skincare, Harry Potter, or Great Danes!
Lauren B., APRN
Lauren grew up in Huntsville, AL but has called Nashville her home for the past 15 years. After getting her BSN from Lipscomb University, she worked as an ICU nurse for 4 years before going back to school to gain her master’s degree in nursing. She has worked as an advanced practice nurse for the past six years.
Lauren has always been passionate about skincare, so when she met Reset Wellness co-owner Leah at a Botox party she jumped on this new, exciting opportunity.
Lauren J., NP
Lauren moved to Nashville in 2013 from Washington State. After eight years of being a Trauma ICU nurse, she became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. Lauren’s interest in aesthetics started when she began receiving neurotoxin treatments for TMJ and forehead lines. Not only did the injections provide physical relief, but they also improved the appearance of her skin. Lauren is passionate about helping her clients achieve their skincare goals. She is constantly seeking out opportunities to educate herself on current aesthetic trends and procedures to provide her clients with the most up-to-date information.
Lauren calls East Nashville home. In her free time, you’ll most likely see her at a concert or trying out new restaurants. She also enjoys spending time in her garden with her two dogs and hairless cat.
Alyssa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of South Carolina in 2017. She then went on to get a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duquesne University in 2020. She is currently studying to become a Doctor of Nursing at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and plans to specialize in plastic surgery.
Alyssa has always had a passion for patients, especially when it comes to cosmetics! She has been an ICU nurse for 3 years and moved to Nashville for graduate school in the summer of 2021. Her love for aesthetic medicine came when she had a dermatology procedure done and was left with an unpleasant scar. Since then, Alyssa has fallen in love with the art of cosmetic medicine and helping people to achieve their ideal image.
I worked in the Panama City surgical ICU four years before moving to Nashville in 2014 to pursue a Masters degree as an APRN and then a subsequent Doctorate with a focus in Anesthesia. After graduation really started getting into skincare and injectables for myself. I finally enjoyed being in my skin and love a clean, natural look. In 2020 I obtained my medical aesthetic certification. I found aesthetics helped myself and others elevate how they feel about themselves and get more enjoyment in life. I am fascinated by techniques and products that create balance in the face, enhancing natural beauty. In my downtime I love long walks with my fur child George Bailey, the lake and backyard hangouts.
AJ was born and raised in Chicago and recently moved to Nashville last year and opened up a little beauty studio downtown. When starting her RN career 9 years ago, she also did freelance makeup for bridal and events in the Chicago land area at the same time. 2 years ago, she found joy in a new skill and started doing semi-permanent makeup. This made her decide that there is a calling to do beauty full time, as she always loved the art of aesthetics as well as making any person who sat in her chair feel great about themselves.
As someone who loves to continue to grow in artistry, AJ also has love for skincare and anything that improves quality of life. Besides the art of makeup, she also loves make people feel good in their own skin and to see the beauty that lies within. AJ is very excited to be part of the Reset Wellness team!
When AJ has freetime, she loves to attend concerts, exercise, hangout in the pool, and travel!
Kathleen B., LMT
Licensed Massage Therapist
Kathleen, or Kat for short, has been practicing Massage Therapy for over 20 years. She is originally from New York but moved to Nashville in 2018 to work with musicians and conduct case studies for performing arts medicine, a field in which she has practiced for the last 10 years. Kat believes that bodies are similar to musical instruments– each one is different and they were not invented with ergonomics involved.
Kat utilizes her experience and knowledge to improve her patients posture and body mechanics. She brings an eclectic style of bodywork to the massage table with a focus on treatment and rehabilitative techniques including deep tissue (her speciality), soft tissue mobilization, medical, pregnancy, myofascial release, active isolated stretching, and Thai massage.
When Kat is not working, she loves spending her time with family, in the garden, walking her dogs at Two Rivers park, attending concerts, and going to yoga classes.
